Next-generation information system for the Czech Golf Federation

Development of a modern information system for the Czech Golf Federation that will replace the existing solution and bring higher flexibility, performance, and independence from the supplier. The system will offer a wide range of modules, including records of players, clubs, tournaments, rankings, coaches, and referees. It will enable competition management, HCP (Handicap) recalculations and automated data processes. Part of the solution will be an interface for third parties with web services connecting the application with the public website, mobile applications, and CGF partners.

Application for management and visualization of fire protection elements for Raw Protecto

The project includes development of a web application for managing and visualizing fire protection (FP) elements using markers in floor plans. The application will allow viewing and managing FP resources with login for two user types (Raw Protecto client, Raw Protecto employee). Floor plans will be uploaded as JPG/PNG or SVG for detailed display. The first version is minimized for cost efficiency with the option of future expansion.

Specialized software for scanning workplaces

The goal of the project was, given the large amount of physical paper documents, to automate scanning at the mailroom, the so-called “scanning” workplaces, streamline the scanning itself and, above all, the transfer of documents in electronic form to the records management system. Development of UI components for Windows applications and automated editing of Word and Excel documents

Continuous development for the German company STARCON GmbH included the enhancement of UI components for Windows applications and a solution for automated editing of Word and Excel documents. When creating the library for MS Word, significant progress was achieved, enabling composition and decomposition of Word documents using fragments. Automatic composition of fragments into a unified template preserves styles, formats, numbering and other parameters. Another key element was the library for Excel documents, which effectively addressed issues with cell references when copying and moving formulas to a new position. This library contributes to seamless data manipulation in Excel.

Production planning software

The T-KALK software application was created for the calculation of standard production times. It enables creation of high-quality performance standards needed for preparing cost calculations and managing production capacities. It contains its own methodology for calculating production times that can be used by technologists of all types of manufacturing companies. Thanks to a high-quality normative base, T-KALK allows better management of company performance and planning of production capacities. The tool is integrated with ERP systems for data retrieval. It is used as a module in the comprehensive QI information system and is used by many dozens of customers. More about the application.

Systems for optimizing production and distribution processes at Plzeňský Prazdroj

EXON provides comprehensive development and implementation of software tools and information systems for Plzeňský Prazdroj with the aim of optimizing and streamlining key areas of their business. This wide range of internal systems and applications supports planning, management and optimization of various processes throughout the production and distribution chain. EXON’s development team actively works on the development, customization, and support of planning systems across Europe. Software for calculating the optimal distribution of beer production

Development of the “Optimal Batch” application for calculating the optimal production volume of beer according to priorities (speed of production, cost efficiency, effectiveness, fulfillment of orders, etc.). The tool cooperates with ERP systems.

Efficient processing and use of extensive records for better understanding of customer needs and maximizing the potential of data assets

For Penny Market s.r.o. we carried out digitalization of customer forms including scanning and subsequent data extraction (OCR, ICR). The project included outsourcing of viewing scanned forms and extracted information. A database of extracted data was created and customized. The application enables cross-comparison with code lists, geographic checks, etc. Number of processed forms > 5 million. A similar application was developed for BILLA s.r.o., including verification of customers’ residence location.

Digitalization of cultural heritage using artificial intelligence

Development of a sophisticated information system that represents a significant step in the digitalization of library, archival and museum collections. This comprehensive solution, under the name KAITOS, was designed with an emphasis on meeting the latest standards in the field of digitalization, especially with regard to the standards set by the National Digital Library for the massive digitalization of the cultural heritage of the Czech Republic. A central aspect of this information system is its ability to provide high-quality, compatible and large-scale digitalization of collections with easy integration into global digital libraries and archives. The system was designed with a strong focus on respecting the highest standards in preserving and providing access to cultural heritage, and enables large-scale digitalization using advanced functions and technologies.

The use of artificial intelligence elements within the cloud solution represents another innovative feature of this project. This integration enables effective automation of processes that previously relied on manual work. This includes not only speeding up the digitalization process but also increasing the accuracy and quality of the resulting digital records.

Development of a breakthrough application for creating personal digital collections with handwritten text recognition

The unique inkCapture application focuses on recognizing handwritten text. It offers not only text extraction from a document but also advanced search in documents, where it does not only look for exact matches but also similar words. This significantly narrows down the number of pages that need to be examined when searching for a specific term. In the found subset of pages, it evaluates the confidence level of the located text and gives the researcher clear information on where to start studying and where the highest probability of success is. It also enables searching based on an image, where text visually similar to the given image is searched in the document. A fundamental property of the whole solution is continuous learning and improvement of its capabilities based on feedback from text recognition and searching.

Modular digital office solution

An extension of the ECM ELO system tailored to the agendas of invoices, contracts, and orders. Exonis is a simple and intuitive DMS system tailored to specific documents, offering a user-friendly environment and growing together with the needs of the company. It contains all the important functions and processes required for the given agendas.

Attendance system

The application is used for daily recording of attendance and activities of all employees and temporary workers. These records are subsequently approved in the application by their supervisors in the case of internal activities, and by project/service managers in the case of activities on customer projects. The Attendance system also offers several different exports. The most important one is the payroll export, which after checking and adjustment is used as the basis for calculating and paying employees’ wages. Other predefined exports include, for example, an export for the record of working time or an export of business trips. It is also possible to define custom exports.

The ProcyonA system provides complete tools for digitalization of library, archival, museum and collection funds according to current standards. Thanks to its modularity and integration of specialized tools (e.g. for image processing, OCR and automated quality control), the system’s functionality can be easily adapted to the specific needs of the user. Built-in workflows and a number of automation elements predestine the ProcyonA system for productive use in digitalization projects of all sizes. ProcyonA can easily be integrated, for example, into systems with OAIS architecture.

Anonymization (redaction) of data and upload to the Register of Contracts

The Anonymization module is used for anonymizing (redacting) selected contracts subject to the Act on the Register of Contracts (340/2015 Coll.) and preparing them for publication in the Information System of the Register of Contracts of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. The module allows contracts to be published/modified/deleted/added as an amendment with a single click. The solution is designed within the ELO DMS environment.

Verification of electronic signatures according to eIDAS

Based on legislative changes regarding eIDAS, a module was developed that runs in the background of the ELO DMS environment and automatically checks newly incoming documents for a valid electronic signature. The electronic signature is then verified against certification authorities in accordance with the eIDAS regulation. Electronic disposal of digital documents

The Record Manager application provides disposal (retention) management for electronic documents stored in the ELO DMS. Based on the file code, retention period, and the date the document was processed (workflow completed), it is possible to generate an overview of documents that should be removed from the ELO DMS archive (either by physical deletion or by handing them over to a regional archive in electronic form).

Employment agency

Development of an application and candidate database for efficient shift scheduling of workers for individual contracted employers. The agency has at its disposal a fully automated database of potential job applicants with the option of customized filters, printing contracts based on job position, company, etc.
