Systems for optimizing beer production and distribution
EXON provides comprehensive development and implementation of software tools and information systems for Plzeňský Prazdroj with the aim of optimizing and streamlining key areas of their business. This wide range of internal systems and applications supports planning, management and optimization of processes across the entire production and distribution chain. EXON’s development team actively works on development, customization and support of planning systems throughout Europe. Among the most important systems are ESCAPE and NOSTRA, which have been deployed in 6 European countries.
Application for management and visualization of fire protection elements
The project includes the development of a web application for managing and visualizing fire protection (FP) elements using markers in floor plans. The application enables display and management of FP assets with login for two user types (Raw Protecto client, Raw Protecto employee). Plans are uploaded as JPG/PNG or SVG for detailed display. The first version is minimized for cost efficiency with the option of future expansion.
Next-generation information system for the Czech Golf Federation
We are developing a modern information system for the Czech Golf Federation to replace the existing solution and bring higher flexibility, performance and vendor independence. The system offers a wide portfolio of modules: records of players, clubs, tournaments, rankings, coaches and referees, competition management including handicap recalculations and follow-up automated data processes. Part of the solution is an API interface for third parties with web services connecting the application to the public website, mobile applications and CGF partners.
Specialized scanning software for VZP
The goal of the project was, due to the large volume of physical paper documents, to automate scanning at the mailroom “scanning workplaces”, streamline the scanning itself and especially the transfer of documents in electronic form into the document management system. Part of the implementation was development of a specialized software application that controls the entire scanning process.

Understanding customer needs – Penny Market
Digitalization and data extraction from more than 5 million forms (OCR/ICR), robust database with analytics, verification and API for online card registrations. A similar solution was also delivered for BILLA s.r.o.
