Our company works for municipal authorities (e.g., City of Havířov, City of Prague) and regions: Digitization of archives of various agendas (legal department, building archive, territorial development, environment, contracts and building archives, book collections, such as periodicals, monographs, and cartographic materials). Formats A8 -A0, more than 500,000 pcs.
Digitization includes OCR digital images and export in PDF-A., large-format documents are processed to create and export of XML metadata. We cooperate with museums, archives and libraries in the Czech and Slovak Republics, (e.g., National Museum of Agriculture in Prague, The National Library of Technology in Prague, The National Museum in Prague). Digitization of rare large-format graphic works, digital processing of plans and accompanying documentation, building architectural plans, old newspapers, etc.
Converting image files using OCR technology, creating descriptive data, and bibliographic, technical and administrative metadata. For private archives we digitize project & construction documentation, as well as customized projects.
